Zumba is for the person who loves to have fun! It’s NOT about being the best dancer, or looking a certain way. In fact, no dance experience is required to do Zumba – it’s open to all ages and all fitness levels. Zumba is based on Latin dance, but has expanded to so much more than just merengue and salsa alone. All you need to bring is your sneakers, water, an open mind and your smile – Zumba provides the rest!

Pilates was created to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, creating a strong core without the pain associated with conventional exercises. Pilates has a rehabilitative quality because it reduces tightness, stiffness & weakness and restores flexibility, tone, & strength. This improves body movement & function.
